conveniently placed for seaside strolls and local eats

the room was clean and cute, and it felt great being just a quick walk away from the old orchard beach pier and some delicious local restaurants like rocco's and tom's.

I appreciated the clean, cute room and the overall location. I enjoyed my stay as I could walk to nearby attractions. The staff was nice, though they were rarely at the office. During my four nights, I made use of the kitchenette for meals, which was convenient. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for winding down at night. As a single traveler, I found it comfortable enough for relaxing evenings.
